Presenting Choices

Stewarts adopted this unique approach to workplace in partnership with the Health Services National Partnership Forum in 2002. Since then, a working group, which is equally representative of staff and management and with family representation, has delivered a huge range of new personal choices to service users.

Working with all of the creative talents of staff, service users and families, we seek to develop sporting, cultural, social and recreational opportunities for each service user. Presenting Choices, as a programme, is driven by a commitment to secure lifestyle options for service users, while enabling the full engagement of all staff in the provision of the best possible service to all.

Presenting Choices has become a driving force for the pursuit of excellence, not only in the provision of service, but also in the realisation of the abilities of our service users.
