Comments, Compliments and Complaints

Sometimes things can go wrong for a range of reasons. If you or your family member have experienced a difficulty or are unhappy with any aspect of our service we would like to  know about it, thus enabling us to resolve the issue and improve the service overall.

If the issue that you raise is about a lack of service or limited resources, our ability to make the change you want may be limited in the short term, but we do want to hear your views.

Please be assured that no aspect of your current or future service will be affected by you raising your concern or complaint.

What should you do first?

Please talk to a local member of staff or local manager about your concern and they will do their best to resolve the issue.
