Stewarts Care vs Hell & Back

Whether you are an individual that enjoys extreme challenges or a group looking for a team building exercise, The Big Hellraiser will provide a thrilling experience.

Date: Saturday 28th February 2026

  • You must be over the age of 16 to take part. (All 16 & 17 year old participants will be required to complete a digital Parental/Guardian Consent Form).

  • Fitness is important but as a team we will support each other every step of the way!

  • You will require agility/mobility to complete the trail.

  • Anyone who has had recent surgery, is/may be pregnant, has back pain or other medical/mobility issues or is over 65 must seek their GP’s advice before taking part in this event.  

Event Details

HELL & BACK is an obstacle course adventure run that takes place in the stunning Killruddery Estate, Bray, Co Wicklow.

Participants - or HellRaisers - must cross rivers and forests, climb hills and mountains and crawl through bogs and swamps, as well as negotiate their way over, under, around and through the infamous man-made obstacles, including Hell on Earth, Heartbreak Ridge and Satan’s Pit.

  • No swimming or water obstacles – but you will get muddy through the murky surrounds of Killruddery.

  • Average completion time:  90 minutes

Stewarts Care is seeking to raise funds through this event to support Stewarts Care Sensory Spaces Project.

#TeamStewarts members are asked to raise funds to cover their registration fee and support our fundraising target. 

Registration fee = €50pp (*Team discount applied)
Personal fundraising target = €300pp
Total fundraising commitment = €350 (to cover cost of participation and fundraising target - please feel free to exceed this target!)
