Work Ready Traineeship

The newly launched Work Ready Traineeship is a 12-week programme providing a pathway from training into employment. Consisting of 6 week's classroom learning and 6 weeks work placements, it offers individuals the opportunity to develop real-world skills while contributing meaningfully to a workplace.
The Skills2Work Team are seeking to develop partnerships with employers who can offer 6-week work placements to the trainees.
By doing so, organisations can play a vital role in creating inclusive employment opportunities while benefiting from a motivated and supported trainee.
Placements are needed in key areas including
- Hospitality
- Retail
- Office/ Administration
- Café/ Restaurant
