The Progressing Disability Services for Children and Young People (PDS) programme has reconfigured children’s disability services nationally into Children’s Disability Network Teams (CDNTs). These teams provide services based on a child or young person’s needs rather than diagnosis. The CDNT a child or young person is referred to is based on their home address.

In the Dublin South, Kildare, and West Wicklow area (CHO7 area), there are 11 CDNTs. Stewarts Care manages two of these teams (CDNT 5 – Rossecourt and CDNT 6 – Palmerstown). For more information on the CDNTs in the CHO7 area, visit: www.cho7cdnt.ie
