Bringing Calm, Inclusion and Sensory Support to Your Community Event
Many public events can be overwhelming for people with sensory sensitivities, creating barriers to participation and enjoyment. To help make community and corporate events more inclusive, Stewarts Care is delighted to offer two fully fitted mobile sensory vehicles available to hire. The Sensory Room @Stewarts is a purpose-built, wheelchair-accessible mobile sensory space designed to support children, young people, and adults with disability and additional support needs.
Available to travel to locations across Ireland, subject to availability and operational requirements, the vehicles provide a safe, welcoming and non-clinical environment where individuals can self-regulate, relax and experience the therapeutic benefits of multi-sensory equipment.
Whether someone needs a calm space to recharge or simply wants to engage with sensory activities as part of their day, the mobile sensory rooms offer an enjoyable and inclusive experience that enables more people to fully participate in and enjoy community events.
Stewarts Care will work in partnership with disability organisations, community groups, sports clubs, event organisers, and special and mainstream schools with autism units to make public events more accessible and inclusive for everyone.
